15.15. Acceleration and gravity
This leads directly to the concepts of «acceleration» and «gravity».
From the minuscule variations in the fundamental spacetime, the notions of mass and force arise.
Mass occurs where there is kinetic energy.
The strong nuclear force has also been conceptualised – to counteract the kinetic energy and hold accumulations together as particles.
Had the strong interaction not been there, everything would just whirl chaotically around, and any kind of stable concentrations would be impossible, and thus the world.
Such a situation is «illegal» because the Experiencer has registered accumulations, they are a fact, and they must be understood and become knowledge.
«Mass» and «force» are the latest concepts the Experiencer has now learned.
What consequences does this have for the system, the spacetime pattern, as a whole?
Well, what other knowledge does the Experiencer possess?
It knows of motion in three dimensions, and it knows change/energy. That's it.
The Experiencer does not know anything else that could, in principle, decide in which directions the points fly.
When they still end up in certain places, in accumulations, there must thus be something that affects their path along the way so that the result is as observed.
You and I know that accumulations are an unavoidable consequence of the geometry in the spacetime pattern. That is higher-order knowledge derived through logic. The Experiencer doesn't experience it thus at this stage. It only experiences the accumulations as such.
What causes them?
What can this be, other than «change», «energy»?
If you have a point in motion along a straight line and expose it to a change that does not happen in the direction of movement, then the point also moves sideways, and a curve is formed.
The point is steered in a new direction, and the degree of change is determined by the amount of energy supplied, i.e. what force it is exposed to. The concept of «force» has just been learned through the strong nuclear force, we pretend.
As far as I can see, this is the only explanation the Experiencer has at its disposal, given the knowledge it already has.
The points change direction along the way.
They are subjected to a change, a force, along a different axis than the direction of movement.
In physics, this is called acceleration.
Ok. Now comes the next step in the interpretation.
Why are some points exposed to energy so that they are directed towards specific places where accumulations form?
Why are they not directed instead towards areas where there are no accumulations, or randomly anywhere?
Would it not be more logical for the points to spread out as evenly as possible?
For the Experiencer, this is not an option. Such smoothing will gradually erase the pattern.
Eventually, there will be nothing more to interpret, and all further development of the universe will come to a halt.
Besides, the pattern and the accumulations are already a fact. They have been formed, and they are developed continuously. No levelling is observed.
On the contrary, the more time passes, the more complex the pattern becomes through the movements of the points floating around everywhere.
Instead, it must be the other way around.
There must be something about the accumulations that cause the points to be drawn to these spots. An area dense with dots somehow acts as an «attractor» drawing on something else.
For the first time, we meet the word attractor – for real.
It is important.
But again, just note it, and we'll return to it many times.
What is it about the accumulations that attract?
Could it be anything other than the accumulations themselves?
There is nothing else, is it?
Many points that are close together draw on other points that are not so close together.
A point thus has an ability to attract other points. Many points in one place draw more than a few points.
How else would the Experiencer understand it?
In physics, this attraction has a name, «gravity».
What we still lack is the cause of gravity.
What is it about the accumulations that cause the force that drags on other points?
Accumulations have mass. An accumulation is a group of points. Then all points must also have mass because the Experiencer must think alike about the same thing.
The cause of gravity is mass.
What else?
I'm still not a physicist, but I can think, and I think freely, and not just what others have thought before me.
This is food for wolves.
